What are my payment options?

Custodia accepts credit/debit cards, EFT, or cheques for one-time or subscription services, with automatic monthly billing for subscriptions and easy adjustments or cancellations anytime.

One-Time Projects and Daily Work

For one-time projects or daily tasks, Custodia Seniors Helpers offer a no-cost, no-obligation quote. Once approved, we handle everything from shopping for materials to completing the work and will bill you for the time and materials used at the end of each workday. Payments for these services can be made via credit or debit card, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Subscription Services

Custodia bills for subscription services on an automatic basis, charging your credit card on the first of the month for the upcoming month's services. To begin service, you must have a payment method on file with Custodia. All customers are covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Subscription services are automatically renewed each month on the first, ensuring uninterrupted service. If you decide to pause, change, or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time without any penalties. We will adjust your billing accordingly, deducting any services already completed and refunding any owed amounts.
