What are my payment options?

As of July 1, 2025, all new residential customers are required to use one of the following payment methods through our secure Stripe payment system:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)

Cheques and Interac e-Transfers are no longer accepted for new customers.
Existing Home Management Plan (HMP) and Seasonal Plan customers may continue using previously accepted methods (cheques or e-transfers) until the end of their current term. Upon renewal, they will be required to switch to one of the accepted Stripe-based methods.

How billing works:
Subscription services are billed automatically on the first of each month, charging your payment method on file for the upcoming month’s services. All customers must have an active payment method on file to begin and maintain service.

Plans are automatically renewed monthly, ensuring no service interruptions. You may pause, adjust, or cancel your plan at any time. We’ll make any necessary billing adjustments, deducting completed services and refunding any balance owed. All services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
