All snow removal bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. A service spot is reserved specifically for you throughout the season, and scheduling commitments prevent us from offering refunds or cancellations once reserved.

Home Management Plan (HMP)
Customers enrolled in a Home Management Plan may cancel at any time, following their plan’s terms and billing cycle.
