Estimate Process
Estimates provided to you represent our best assessment of the required work and the time it will take to complete. For materials, we reconcile costs at the project's end with actual receipts, ensuring transparency and fairness in billing.
Material Costs
While Custodia does not mark up the cost of materials and supplies, we do account for the time spent acquiring and transporting them to your site. This ensures you only pay for the actual costs plus the time involved in procurement.
Finalizing Costs
If you receive an in-person assessment and quote, you can trust these costs to be final, and we stand by the quality of our work. For virtual assessments, please note that final costs may be adjusted once our Helper evaluates the work site in person
