Modifying Your Plan
You have the flexibility to adjust your plan, including adding or removing services, with just 24 hours' notice. This ensures that our services always align with your current needs without any hassle.
Pausing or Canceling Your Plan
Should you need to pause or cancel your subscription, we simply require a 24-hour notice. Upon cancellation, we will finalize any outstanding charges for services already rendered. Please note that your next scheduled payment will be cancelled, ensuring that you are not billed further. There are no penalties for pausing or canceling your plan, and you are welcome to resume services at any time that suits you.
Outstanding Balances
Any balances remaining after service modification or cancellation will incur a nominal interest of 3% per month, starting 30 days post the billing date. This is to ensure a fair process for both parties involved in settling any remaining financial obligations.
Individual Service Cancellation
It is possible to cancel individual services within your plan if they are no longer needed. In such cases, you will only be billed for the services rendered up to the date of cancellation and for any outstanding work or invoices.
Project Work Cancellation
For project-based work, if a cancellation is necessary, you will be responsible for the costs of time, materials, and any applicable penalties incurred up to the point of cancellation. This ensures that work already commenced is accounted for fairly.
