When will my snow be cleared?

Our crews are dispatched after snowfall reaches your plan’s threshold (3 cm or 5 cm of accumulation). Our crews will begin operations as soon as the snow stops falling and main roads are cleared by the city. Our ability to reach your property depends on city infrastructure. We rely on the city clearing highways, main roads, and residential streets so our crews can safely exit our yards and travel to your location.

During extended storms or single events with heavy accumulation, it may take up to 24 hours after the storm ends to reach every customer.

To ensure we reach everyone as quickly as possible, our teams must follow the shortest, most efficient path. Because of this, we cannot move individual customers forward in the route.
