What is included in each service?

Lawn Care (Seasonal Subscription) Recurring lawn maintenance services (seasonally mid-April through October) include mowing of front and back yard, whipper snipper trimming of yard edges as well as blowing dust and debris out of driveways and walkways. Grass clippings stay on the yard as per city by-law in most regions. The same contractor services your property each visit so they get to know your property, where the tricky spots are, and your preferences. 

Yard Cleanup (Spring & Fall) The base visit covers: removal of organic debris (dead grass, leaves, branches, winter debris), basic garden bed tidying (cutting back or removing dead plants and flowers), and bagging of organic yard waste — bags are included and left at the curb for City pickup. Bag removal from the property is a separate charge if needed. Properties with extensive garden beds (3+ beds or over 300 sq ft total), multiple mature trees, or that weren't maintained last season may require additional time, which will be reflected in your quote.

Snow Removal (Seasonal Subscription) Our crews will begin operations as soon as the snow stops falling and main roads are cleared by the city. Snow clearing includes complete driveway clearing, shovel walkway, stairs, landing to the front doorway, access to garbage and recycling and city sidewalk at the front of the home, if applicable. We spread your de-icer if you leave it visible and accessible to our crews.
