What happens if it rains?

Weather delays can affect lawn care and yard cleanup scheduling. If your service needs to be rescheduled due to weather, we'll notify you and arrange a new date as quickly as possible. 

Your weekly/biweekly service slot is held throughout the season — a weather delay just shifts that individual visit, it doesn't affect your schedule going forward. If you have questions about a specific appointment, you can check the status in your account or give us a call and we'll get you an update.

Weather related reschedules are shifted into the next business day with Saturday used as an overflow day when services cannot be completed during the week.
