What happens if I cancel my HMP?

If you cancel, a reconciliation process will occur where services rendered and payments made are reviewed. Any discounts received (e.g., 5% or 10%) would be removed during reconciliation, and you would be billed for the actual service price. If you cancel and then return later, you would be on the new price plan if prices have increased.
