How often will you come?
That depends on the service and your plan preferences:
- Seasonal Lawn maintenance plans are designed to meet your needs and preferences. You can choose weekly visits, biweekly visits or a mix based on the high-growth season (recommended), Our lawn season typically runs from late-April (depending on spring snow melt) through then end of October. If you signed up mid-season, your schedule starts from your first service date and continues with your chosen frequency through the end of October. We find most lawns need weekly cuts in May/June (the high growth season) and are ok with biweekly cuts thereafter, this is our most popular plan.
- Yard clean-up is a seasonal visit service — typically once in the spring (after the snow melts, usually April) and once in the fall (once leaves have mostly fallen, aligned with City pickup days, usually November).
- Garden, hedge, tree and bush maintenance can be customized depending on your needs, with visits typically completed concurrently with lawn maintenance visits.
- Snow plans are dispatched after snowfall reaches your plan’s threshold (3 cms or 5 cms of accumulation). Our crews will begin operations as soon as the snow stops falling and main roads are cleared by the city.
