Do I get a refund if I cancel a snow plan mid-season?
Snow removal is sold as a seasonal product, Custodia secures seasonal capacity for all customers on our dispatch list. Because we secure seasonal capacity, snow plans are non-refundable after the season has started. If you are moving and would like to transfer your plan to a new property we are happy to accommodate (provided we are able to service your new location).
Mid-season cancellation exceptions:
- Within 14 days of sign-up: You'll only be charged for completed visits. Any amounts paid beyond completed visits will be refunded.
- Before Feb 1: You'll be charged for the service capacity used while your plan was active. We'll reconcile your account and refund any remaining balance.
- After January 31: No refunds are provided for any portion of the snow season, as we've reserved capacity for your property through the season.
